It gets easier the longer you do it but once you stop and you admit you want and need to then never drink again not once it’ll snap you back into making excuses but alright I’m in with you buddy here’s to it

Had some temptations last night but glad I stuck to it and worked out instead.

Birthday today but planning to just stick to the green only.

I'm in, but beginning it today. Ended up drinking and doing a bunch of Pepsi yesterday, on a completely empty stomach, and feel absolutely horrible today. I've been in routine of doing Pepsi like 2-3 times a week this Summer, and that needs to end ASAP. My body is telling me that it needs to happen.

I ended up folding and failing MISERABLY this month...

Really need to lay off the sauce going into September. Had a major 3 day binge earlier this week and probably spent a few hundred dollars, while also losing a credit card, losing my oakleys, as well as breaking my phones screen at a megadeth concert.

Really sucks it came down to this but I realize the problem I had. Left work early yesterday and checked myself into an AA meeting for the first time ever.

Last drink was on Thursday where I was bar hopping and even driving for a bit. 3+ day binge royally ****ed up my gut and I haven't been able to eat since Thursday morning... most I've had to eat was a banana and a cup of milk last night.

Hope it doesn't get this bad for OP or any other miscer. Also never really thought I would attend AA but I will end up in jail or dead if I keep going down this path I have been on. Feels like my body was being possessed tbh.

i don't really understand the addiction aspect of it even though i was 100% a problem drinker

i just decide to stop and that's it

the physical withdrawals and insomnia are fuarked for like a week and a half though lol

anyone wanting to stop, if you have the willpower for it, i would recommend actually tapering off instead of stopping so you can at least sleep (it's safer too)

my problem was i would go out to meet gals and then every time i met a new one i would go on a srs bender and be totally fuarked

success became failure

plus i was so drunk that these gals were way too old aka my age
