Players are all 50lbs heavier now.
Lomu was a 6’5” 260lbs wing with a 100m PB of 10.7s (when he was younger and lighter). Maybe not tuilagi but not small in today standards.

Of course many rugby players supplement. Look up the guys (always smaller names) that have popped and their physiques are never as good as the books you posted above.

Add to that their constant taking of massive impacts from similar size men barely seeming to affect their performance then if they are natty they are superhuman

They do drugs test but I’d bet my mortgage it’s all for show
Bro in order to play rugby it lures those stocky type build guys, a bean pole and twig bone structure is not going to succeed, you basically weed out those guys so it gets the muscular guys in the first place so they do got insane genetics and its from training daily and going through adaption the body adapts to the muscles that are used so they all grew its a physically grueling sport

just like most people wont be playing football these type of sports lure the most physically strong build gifted guys in their areas.

A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.

The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."

The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

World cup will be good, every team juiced to the gills with the latest tech. Some may even take shots during the match.
Peak performance era.

It really doesn't matter. They are still all juiced to the gills even if they have superior genetics. People that don't use anabolics have some kind of weird obsession/delusion about who might be natural. I only know one guy that played rugby but I know a lot of guys that played football and a few that played baseball.

The simple truth is the majority of 'good' athletes are on gear by the time they are 18 years old. This means the bulk of your standout highschool athletes are juicing. When it comes to college level I'd say anyone with even a shot at going pro is. By the time its at the pro level nobody is natural.

Being natural in a professional sport like Rugby would be deliberately choosing to handicap yourself/be the most inferior male on the field. What professional player would choose to be inferior/handicap themself? lol

I agree completely about the body adaptation stuff and the younger they start the better. That being said those guys are juiced to the gills lol
