World champ South African rugby team: natty or not?

Can’t be imo, having these physiques, maintaining them through yearly nearly year long seasons rugby which is a full contact, and huge calorie burning sport. Factor in the time they spend out injured or in recovery and their fast recovery times from the regular bruises from a game and it leaves no doubt in my mind they are up to the gills

You never seen Rugby players before? they been jacked for decades, built like an ox.

The body adapts to years of conditioning they got big strong necks, backs, legs from what type of training and physical play they do daily.

They look funny with those thin arms combined with jacked Tom Platz wheelz.

I wouldn't be surprised if those guys were ALL natty. Miscers just seem to underestimate what a natty physique can look like with enough training and a solid diet.

True. Most people playing sports at the elite level can get by with just fish oil, protein shakes and a clean diet with lots of veggies.

If they are all natty, then they nearly all have insane natural Mesomorphic, ultra high test and lean genetics and response to training, and somehow don’t lose gains despite constantly playing and training in a sport which is 80 minutes of running, wrestling, and picking yourself off the floor

Add to that their constant taking of massive impacts from similar size men barely seeming to affect their performance then if they are natty they are superhuman

They do drugs test but I’d bet my mortgage it’s all for show

After bodybuilding they may be the nattiest of professional sporting.

This was considered "big" for a rugby player in the 1990s.

Players are all 50lbs heavier now.

The body naturally adapts to their years of heavy gear use too.

Worth noting this was much later in Lomu’s tragically not quite fulfilled career when his nascent Kidney disease was really eating into him and he’d lost a lot of weight. That he was even able to carry on a professional rugby career let alone the All Blacks is exceptional.

He was 6'5" and 265lbs at his heaviest. He dwarfed everybody.

I was in college when he hit the world stage in 94. I was the same age as him and 6'2" 240-250lbs that year. I remember being surprised at how "big" he was compared to most players and that wasn't even at his heaviest.

He was about 240lbs in 94 IIRC

Obviously they're all juiced to gills. Anyone saying they aren't is oblivious to high level sports.

I really only see 1 dude who could be, the rest look like lifelong lifters with different body fat levels.

Some could use a tad more if they are, lol

If you don’t know that all top athletes in all sports are juicing you’re naive and don’t know any athletes personally (because they would just tell you this, they can’t say it out loud, because sponsors would pull out)

It’s an open secret. Even the governments supply the drugs to Olympic teams.

Thinking world champions could be natty doesn't even make logical sense, any natty contenders for best in the world would be supplanted by others who are close enough in genetic potential to overtake the nattys with some help

And if your livelihood and success depended on it because that's your source of income, you'd be fukn silly to not pursue it

Right, and I don't believe they were pro back then, if so it was all very recent. I'm sure that's a factor as well.
