Yeah, I'm mid 30s and I'd say most of the people I know are like 15-20% at the lowest. If I could get down to like 13% I could pull basically any girl I wanted.

Keeping a low BF and taking care of yourself absolutely puts you in the upper tier past 30. The average 30 year old in my area is obese, wears safety green t-shirts and has a beard that hasn't been washed in 5 months.
