Personally wouldn’t have raged at her before I went NC but ultimately she’s not your problem, you’re not responsible for anything that happens to her.

Went nc on a girl, she wrote this tldr suicide note on ******** and namedropped me in it, I messaged her and told her if she’s going to post stupid **** like that then to take my ****ing name off it. She deleted it and we went our own ways in life. Guess she was expecting a different response from me lol.

one was that night. I literally could not speak like Neo interrogated by Agent Smith. My heart was pounding like crazy as soon as I opened the door. I couldn't talk. Didn't even say HI. We sat on the couch without saying anything, she was rolling her eyes at me which made it worse. Then I just forced myself to kiss her and she responded.
After sex, I couldn't speak still. She asked, "Um did you want me to leave?" I mumbled, "Yes." then took her straight to the door and closed it behind her.
It was an energy thing. I feel very bad just thinking about it. I never did that to another girl again though.

You can't fix her and she sounds super crazy, so going NC was the best course of action. Even in those circumstances I would feel bad if someone I had dated ended their life. You just need to remember you did nothing wrong.
