A Coffee+BBQ+Brewery combo.

I actually think it could be very successful here in TX (and other places as well where those two things are even moderately popular).

Love making food, and think I'd enjoy brewing up some unique crafted-by-me beers.

Edit:

Adding in Coffee, too. Morning hours would be coffee+BBQ breakfast-y products, then at 11 start also serving Beer and switch to non-breakfast BBQ products. At 6pm quit selling Coffee and just do Beer+BBQ til close.

I don't know man, crossfit follows this template.... and has a huge following. I think crossfit is retarded, but their warehouse style barbell gyms are well thought out.
