What is your Estradiol level at? They should have checked that too. Yours should be 30-40 to be at optimal levels with your test levels. (Ded fkn Srs)

Lmao.

If your test is really 1200 natty, you really want to go get some more testing done. You may have glandular cancer of some kind.

Having test over 1k is extremely extremely rare, unless obviously steroid user. Having test over 1200 and not on juice? Something is wrong.

what do you ask the doc for to get a test like this, where you can see your results vs average? A metabolic panel and a test panel?

Because you could have 265 and build muscle and feel normal. It's extremely personal how much your own body needs for equilibrium. Also, you could measure it the next day and have 3x as much as the previous day, it fluctuates loads

You ask for a full panel. You have to pay for it though. They don't give it to you by default because insurance companies are corrupt fuks that don't pay for it.

Lmfao at thinking your doctor gives a sh!t about you. They’ll give you what the pharmaceutical companies tell them to give you, and the pharmaceutical companies tell them to give you what the insurance tells them they’ll pay for.

Spoiler alert - no entity in that equation is telling anyone to help people reach optimal hormone levels.

Go to a doctor/clinic that has removed insurance from the equation and you’ll see what the medical industry should look like.

Hit me up in PM if you want to know the clinic I use. I think it costs like $200 for your consultation, which you need to have twice/year. But you get an entire hour with a doctor to listen to all of your needs instead of the usual the usual 10 minutes of them tapping your knee and saying “ok you’re good”. And you’ll need to do bloodwork twice/year, which is about 300 each time. Other than that you just pay for the medication/treatment based on what you need. The clinic is more geared towards hormone optimization, sexual health, and longevity though so I’m not sure how helpful they’d be for lots of other things. It’s some of the best money I spend all year though.

There's clinics that take insurance too, but your levels need to be below 200 for coverage. Those clinic mostly charge more, do the injections themselves and blood test you an insane amount of times. I'm currently transferring to an online clinic where they literally mail me prescriptions vials of test in the mail, all perfectly legal. (Ded fkn Srs)

The good ones want nothing to do with insurance because that layer ****s healthcare all up.

Try to find a health and wellness center. They usually spread by word of mouth. You subscribe to them. Hopefully you have an HSA that you contribute to that can pay for it. I pay $125 a month. Additional costs are your lab work and kits which come with the juice, needles, and sanitizer pads. There are other options but that one is the easiest.

Funny enough when people ask me how I eat I tell them "i eat as if i lived in the 1950s." dead srs. I feel like a broken record sometimes because of how often I tell people this. Some people don't even understand what I mean when I tell them that. I might be an anomaly in this day and age, but to men from that era I was a health adult male level.

You guys must not understand that I eat organic foods only. All of my red meat is grass fed. I do not consume seed oils. Me or my wife cook 98% of the meals I eat. I don't eat fried foods. I haven't eaten fast food in over 5 years. When I work outside I work shirtless, but I don't overexpose myself to the sun. Health is important asf to me which is why I never ran a second cycle past 2011. I was just young and curious, but I checked myself real quick. I also believe that most mental ailments are caused from today's diet.
