Solid work. I'd like to be at least 800-900+, but my doctor won't give me anything.

Tips to naturally boost test?

I feel consistent diet, sun exposure and exercise is key. Wife and I use instacart to shop so we order the same stuff every single time. No vegetable oils. No seed oils. We cook all of our own meals and the only meat i consume is red meat, eggs or fatty fish.

I don't take many supps.

My levels were way too high on 150mg/wk and I didn't want to create issues for myself. Honestly, i went to take this thinking "hey if i need trt ill probably do it" but ill hold off.

Crazy how wide the acceptable range is, brb male with test level 265 is deemed "standard range".

The official range is even lower here in Australia sad.

How long did you ride at 150? People always say it shuts you down permanently which is generally not true in most cases. Not only that, it looks like in your case it may have caused your body to bump up natural levels above pre-use levels. Obviously there could be lots of different factors/variables, but either way those numbers are looking nice thick tight.

Did 12 weeks in total then got off of it and never touched anything hormone related since then. I would be surprised if it boosted my natural levels. I dont have any labs from before 2011 to confirm this though.

I’m not talking about that. Your test is higher than the average teenage male. You’re over 30. No amount of eating well, exercising, etc will put you at those levels naturally. I would say like high 800s max for less than 1% of people.

Mirin'

My test levels are a little over 1000 after 7 days of my last injection of 150mg of test-c. The doctor wants my levels between 800-900 after 7 days of injection. I couldn't imagine what I would feel like on 200mg, I thought I was a hyper responder until this thread. (Ded fkn Srs)

Your D3 dose is too high

your 25(OH)D level is double what it should be srs

running that level for an extended period of time will result in the calcification of soft tissue and could be as deadly as a pfizer product

i would not trust that range at all

the level you reach from frequent shirtless sun exposure during the summer should be the upper limit, which is around 50ng/mL

we have negative feedback mechanisms to control for excess creation in the skin but no such mechanisms for dietary routes (since it would be impossible to get doses like that historically during our evolution. frequent seafood consumption is nowhere near that)

if I were OPie, i would stop taking it altogether for like 3 months and retest and when it's around 40-50, take 3000IUs/day or equivalent per week

Ratfish is correct that vit D increases the calcium levels in the blood which can lead to calcification if magnesium and vit k2 levels fall too low. I would suggest a vit k2 supp and some non-buffered magnesium glycinate with the vit D OP.

Just my 2 cents

Yeah my doctor said i don't need to take the d3 supp i've been taking. Like i said earlier, I take 5k, but i take it EOD.

And i've always been very honest on here. Even back in 2011 when i posted physique photos and i was very very lean i told people i was not natty. I assure you i am 100% natty at this stage of my life and the only supplements I take are the ones I already posted.

Here's a quick rundown on everything i eat from AM to PM.

Whole fat milk (i drink low temp pasteurized milk or raw milk if i can get my hands on it), costcos liquid egg whites, oats, wild blueberries (costco), whey iso, greens powder, rice cakes, potatoes (golden or sweet), rice (basmati, jasmine), coconut water, grass fed beef, salmon, tuna, eggs, lentils, bread (sourdough only), avocados, olive oil (only oil i consume).

Wife and i very rarely eat out but if we do its lean meats and fish just like we'd eat here. I never drink alcohol but i pop gummers sometimes.

I took a full panel just fyi

Must be nice to be genetically blessed.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

you're right (but also vitamin A) but it wouldn't be enough if that level were sustained indefinitely. there are people who take CEO 10K IUs/day year round. they're fkt srs

the catch is that we just went through summer and even if you're not pursuing it, you're going to be absorbing quite a bit, esp if at lower latitudes

5K eod (no 2012) would be a fine dose during the winter but mos def too much during the summer

do whatever you want, but were i you, i would run zero d3 supps from like april until october and then do what you're doing now srs

your diet is certainly nutritious and there are no apparent deficiencies (i would recommend against that zinc supp so you don't cause a copper deficiency srs)

There are no other hormone results. I tested tuesday morning. Everything came back wednesday, except testosterone, and those results just came back this morning. What i posted from the testosterone screening is all that was on the chart. Anything under the screenshot is doctor info. I told him I wanted to know what my test levels were and he wrote down something along the lines of "felt tired" to get the labs covered from insurance. It either takes longer to get the other hormone results or they didn't test for that.

Only other lab I've got, but this isn't what you all are looking for. Like I said, these results were uploaded this morning. The doc still hasn't called. It's possible they'll want to see the other hormones.

I had to discontinue my D3 intake, because I was unaware I was consuming 7ius a day. My multi has 2ius, so now that's my only source of vitamin D. (Ded fkn Srs)
