Weird

People always say this but San Diego has always netted a positive net migration the last decade or so

The rents reflect that for sure

Average price to buy in Manhattan currently is 1.3 million. Even with 10% down that's 6k a month and that doesn't include property taxes or anything else.

I know people who pay 7k+. One was told she had to bump from 7000 to 8500 and she accepted in LIC.

But nah. Inflation and empty apartments everywhere right?

You might be right with "mostly", but I live in NYC.

Not the LARPer crew. To them NYC is a ghost town and nobody lives or works here lol.

Or else what? Eviction processes proceed in NYC, child, and with that devastating outcome you'll not get a place to rent again (beyond a roach infested roommate flat share), LOL.

You don't "live free" - you live under the boot of a Lord of the Land. The hammer and sickle crew can cry all they want but it won't change the fact of the matter, which is:

Rent is due, bitch. Stop your doordash addiction, livejasmin, all that nonsense - and pay your rent.

Where do you plan to get government subsidized housing if you have been evicted for not paying rent?

You're also assuming mortgage status. That's yourassumption - I'll give you a little "child please" as a reply, LOL.

Your posts are familiar - you running out of lucky money? LOL

Some friends of mine have already left - one sold his place during the rioting/looting, chitty Mayor ordering NYPD to 'stand down' era. Bought a beautiful place in CT, permanent WFH, far better schools for his kids, living that good life.

Heck, CT has some amazing pizza too.

And that's why I stick to the rural region of NY, instead of the chitty city.

It honestly might be time for the 10 day warning PSA thread.

Especially if rentcels are expecting governments to step in and seize investment properties, LOL.

Renties NEVER and I mean NEVER learn.
Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

I mean, some renters of course do so starting out, but it is important that they learn the value of becoming a Land Chad.

Many do not, and instead pray that Governments intervene and seize investment properties. This represents a level of gigacope rarely seen - except in the most extreme of povertycels (referring to their mental states as well).

UPDATES

1.https://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic...g-record-highs

"While the rest of the market has begun to cool, New York’s most-expensive apartments got even costlier in September."

But, but "it's inflation, nobody lives there"

Verdict: LOL @ PLEBS

2.Pay Your Rent

Else faceeviction:https://www.cityandstateny.com/polic...vid-19/377288/

Evictions are ramping up again - better pay your rent on time, copecels.

3.Check the date

You have barely over 2 weeks to scrimp and save - stop your livejasmin coping, stop your doordash addiction. Else face the consequences.

BRUTAL REALITY CHECK- this is a PSA.
