You can’t even find a studio for less than 2500$ and you’re more than likely pay 36k+ for your lease

I thought I saw this headline somewhere. NYPost say Manhattan rents have plateaued. I know NYC lost a ton of people in 2020 and early 2021, but have most of them moved back?

There will be a lot of boomerang effect where people who moved to the cheaper Midwest cities and non costal areas move back to CA, WA/OR , NY , CT, etc.

Not California. People were leaving in big numbers a couple of years before Covid. The same goes for NY State outside of NYC.
