I know a bit of wrestling and some sprawling growing up with a lot of wrestling friends, but would be useful to know how to get out of certain positions.
Really I always wanted to learn some real proper striking for self defense because you never know what can happen in the streets these days. The better I am at defending myself and others with me, the less I have to worry about whether or not I can take someone on if need be (worst case scenario). Ofcourse I'm going to be going to the range a lot too, but want all the bases covered for basic self defense.
