Dead serious, thats about all the applicants we get now. Everywhere is understaffed and the only people applying 90% of the time are people just looking to get a decent pay check to make a sustainable living, not even a good living unelss you get married/smart with investments, and ****ty insurance.

deadass I became a cop becuase I thought people would want me to be one being a bigger guy, with a level head(despite my misc persona), worked in the prison so I know how to talk to criminals even the hardest like human beings, degree in psychology so I have sympathy and understanding for people in crisis/look further than "people breaking the law" and rationalize things at a humane level, am more intelligent than the bell curve, not looking to make money for the city, had 0 desire for power or authority.

Good luck finding that though.
