Total broscience and totally false
Plenty of pro bodybuilders and athletes get the majority, yes the majority of their protein from whey, 60% is about what I have seen for the top end.
The only thing you have to worry about is creating food sensitivities because of having some sort of digestive issue(like being sick or developing sibo/some other gut disorder) when you consumed whatever food, but this goes for any food, but if you are consuming whey 3 times a day the chances of it being in your stomach when you have said issue is high, so thats where digestive distress from Whey comes from. Youll notice these same people will end up usually developing more food sensitivities due to the same issue.
Ive consumed whey for 50% of my meals on average for years. I do use Dymatize iso hydrolized whey though for better digestive quality and it tastes amazing.

im betting you have never even calculated it and JUST KNOW that meat has some micros and are picking to do it or saw some liver king youtube videos or kinobody or jeff nippard saying how "whole food is better" but you don't actually know at all what the micros are or how much of them you are consuming and what those specific ones in the meat are doing and why you specifically chose those.
If you do then props to you, but 99% of people making the claim that "wHeY hAs No MiCros" is in that category.
I guarantee i eat more real food meat still than 95% of misc.
Also, a protein shake and a multi vitamin is going to give you more micros than any meat is. There really is no special thing about eatnig what people consider "real" food and eating the macros and micros your body needs. The real difference in "real" food and not real food is when its loaded with chemicals, fillers, and its overly processed.

You also dont have to just drink whey theres tons of ways to cook with it, basically anything with flour and sugar can be replaced with whey, and cream of rice and oats mixed with whey is amazing.
Theres also plenty of studies on the absorption of almost every known supplement, some need to be taken at certain times and some with things like black pepper or like tumeric with curcumin. If anyone is saying there are no benefits to Turmeric then they are pretty stupid. Same with things like berberine, when we have countries that prescribe berberine for blood sugar control and theres TONS of studies on it and its very easily noticeable as effective by testing your blood glucose, the only people saying "supplements dont work" are idiots making excuses to not take them.
It's all ignorance, thats why i get annoyed with it. So many people being lazy/cheap/ignroant and making ignorant claims because it "makes sense to them".

As mentioned, whey it’s just food. Just like egg powder is just food. Just like milk protein is just food.
If you mix it with oats and peanut butter, is it now suddenly food whereas before it was just powdered protein?
Not sure why it’s so hard to grasp the concept for people.
