Not even a month in and you are calling it? Companies normally have a lot of disruption and changing around and normally take a loss for a bit. We are talking about a man who started a successful car company in a time where it's near impossible because the market is bought. We are talking about a man who started his own Space travel company. A company that has built rockets that land themselves, things NASA never dreamed was possible.

Also, if I am not mistaken, Musk was not the sole investor for this deal even though headlines make it seem like he was. Correct me if I am wrong because I heard it somewhere a few months back.

Yeah there are a bunch of parties involved in the Twitter deal

This risk I'm talking about isn't overly related to Twitter, just about this idea that Elon has nothing to worry about because he's worth $200billion when it's almost entirely in Tesla stock and that *can* unwind. And if it starts to unwind, loans secured against stock options pose a real risk of accelerating and exacerbating the decline.

I'm pretty sure Elon has tweeted directly about this when pushing back at those criticizing people in positions like his, because such a strategy also allows them to dodge tax until they're forced to exercise the options.



Most big companies don't even allow this type of thing because it is actually high risk af
