The company? 5/10. I'm a cog in the wheel, the company is large-scale corpo and successful, great benefits and some actually massive changes to prove they care about employees (recently opening up stock options, recently giving everyone in the company 1 extra week of vacay a year to stay competitive). I'd be willing to leave for 30% more of a salary though ($30k-45k more depending on bonuses and stuff).
The coworkers? 8/10. My leadership/management is very boots on the ground, and assists even during the off hours. Coworkers on my team are QUICK to grab things and volunteer. There's always some slackers / rotten eggs though.

I'd say a decent bit. I'm the only employee at my job and it's been that way for 4 out of 11 years now. During lockdowns I worked two days a week with full pay. Since then I have worked 5 hour days with full pay except when I cover for the boss (and vice versa). Years ago I wanted to find another job out of spite...boss is female and there are frustrations that come with the territory. Thanking my stars I didn't, basically have free reign and know I'm needed for many reasons.
