56 with high heart rate variability. Every time I get a physical, the doctors are always taken a little by surprise since my heart beats so slowly when I exhale.

Professional athletes can get it into the 30s. 40s is also pretty low, but getting it into the 50s isn't really that tough if you're active.

Mine tends to be from the high 50s to mid 60s. During steady state cardio I have a tough time getting it above 130.
