My diet and sleep are similar to yours. Sun exposure isn't as consistent because I live in the cloudiest place on the planet, western New york
But I'm as strong as I've ever been and look good too as I'm constantly being told so
So apparently must be doing something right

I had a boner for like 72 hours lol.

a healthy circadian rhythm is so good. It's prob why long term unemployed people fall into a trap of feeling like chit, no energy to find a job, bad mental health. Erratic sleeping patterns destroy you srs. It's why shift workers are always bat chit crazy with addictions and higher disease rates. Waking up with the sun should be everyone priority #1, it feels so good. going to bed early feels good too.

Cheat meals, nah honestly not really. We will go out to eat with friends but I order:
Appetizer: Brusselsprouts or some veg mix
Entree: Steak, fish
I actually like these foods and want them. I donโt really crave cheat meals.
