They say its $240 or whatever, but then literally ALWAYS have at least like 40% off. Its just marketing. Trying to make their product seem more expensive/better and that people are getting a great deal, when they're really just paying a normal price.
Everything depends upon execution; having just a vision is no solution.

this

the correlation between the amount of big guys I have known and them having high protein diets well beyond 1g /lb is VERY high. There is actually no study saying there is some upper limit with diminishing returns if you eat above 1g/lb, its just people like to shoot for the LOWEST protein they can eat while still making progress for some stupid ****ing reason, or because they like eating carbs and fat and want to maximize those and minimize protein and expect to make substantial muscle gains lol

guarantee everyone arguing in favor of lower protein:

1) doesnt enjoy eating low fat meat so looking for an excuse to not have to eat much of it
2) likes carbs and fats and literally wants to eat the LOWEST amount of protein they read in a study that still yields hypertrophy so they can allocate ALL of the rest of their calculated calories funneled into carbs and fats so their diet is easier/more enjoyable

too bad both of those are just being emotionally weak and wont add a single bit to your progress beyond minimal results.
