It seems like there's been a massive drop in games in the last couple years. Many that drop nowadays are full of bugs and need 6-12 months to be fixed. Really a strange era of gaming we are in bros.

That's because you're on PC. You get the poverty ports while console gets the superior version.

That's really effected the way I buy games these days, it's why I am pretty much just sticking to sales these days. I mean when a game launches, most of the time they feel like they're still in beta. Considering how they're trying to charge people more money for games these days, it just seems stupid for me to be paying a premium to have that early beta tester experience.

Heck what really annoys me when buying games these days is DLC. This is especially bad on Steam, and browsing the Steam store during the latest sale event, it's just crazy how many games I still stumble upon where it's like $5 for the game, but there's over $70 worth of DLC for it, and that's with it all being on sale. Like it isn't uncommon for DLC to cost more than the games it's for these days. This is why I always thought it was retarded when some people tried to deliver the bullchit "ThE pRiCe Of ViDeO gAmEs HaSnT gOnE uP" line, saying "ThEy HaVe OnLy BeEn $60 FoReVeR" when the predatory DLC sales has gotten crazy. I mean There's the kinda chit I already mentioned, then there's all the multitude of "season" passes they have been releasing, where it's like you can no longer just get all the DLC until they release some "ultimate definitive edition" or something like that, and even then they still try to sell you some extra DLC half the time.

So yeah, the way I approach buying video games has changed lol. This is why I love GamePass so much, it's basically a great way for me to checkout various games without having to spend a stupid amount on just one video game like they want me to. Like if it wasn't for sale events buying video games these days would just be retarded.

Just lol. It’s because it’s not a good post and just comes across as more complaining. As already stated:
-Nintendo holds their cards close to their chest. But Zelda, Pikmin, and Fire emblem are big games even if not for you.
-maybe Sony just has Spider-Man 2, but likely not, and it’s silly to assume that’s all they will have
-ms has at least three aaa coming.

Also, muh aaa doesn’t have an impact on quality
