Depending on your credit and if you have had comparable debt with proven repayment in the past, 80k might not be doable.

Start and LLC, then get a business loan. There are a lot of grants and resources out there for small business. Advocating for small business is a priority of the government at all levels.

You will have an economic development commission in your state. You need to make yourself familiar with their resources. Also, Small Business Association. There are many resources.

I do relevant free training all the time.

Mostly it involves them teaching what resources are available and giving contact information etc.

If you want, I can show you how to do this step by step.

Do not pay anyone else to set up an LLC for you. It is very easy. Intimidating if you never done it before. I will show you, and you will get it done after seeing it done once. If you want.

Not sure what your experience or credentials are, but I would advocate being cautious.

Get the LLC for sure. That doesn’t hurt at all. It can be a form of significant protection (I will explain if anyone wants), and you can get away with about 40 times as many acceptable tax write offs vs doing it personally.

I mean the loan. All because you can get it, and think it may work out, doesn’t mean it will.

I have no doubt you have some good ideas. So does the other >90% of people who attempt entrepreneurship and fail.
