Yes, 10/10.

I love challenging myself to work hard at things that interest me. My life allows me the freedom and ability to do a wide variety of fulfilling things.

But when something didn't go right, I used to get pissed off, disappointed and beat myself up about it.

The missing piece was stoicism, and developing a mindset where failure is perfectly ok. That's not to say I don't care, but getting upset about "bad" things just hurts you. There's almost never a reason to get upset, feel down, or be unhappy so long as there's air in my lungs.

Happiness is a mindset. Id say Im content 80% of the time with fleeting moments of happiness. I used to be a depressed fgt but I legit got tired of being miserable. So either I rope or improve my life, so here I am

Only thing that could make me more happy is if I didn't have to go to work at all. Otherwise, everything is where it needs to be.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
