I’m not happy
I got dumped in Nov as I was starting a new life in a new town
Had to go back to old town
Very sad, but using the pain as motivation to work on my dreams as a “fuk you” to the ex
Looking at moving back to new town again in the summer, just doing it on my own
Edit:
Didn’t know op was still alive, good for you!

When I drink a 40 second pour of Vodka and have some weed edibles, I'm in bliss.
You are your thoughts. Life is perception, thoughts are perception, perception is reality ergo thoughts are reality, I think therefore I am.

7. Goals in life:
1. Phuck a girl from every country.
2. Impregnate foreign sloots and flee the country
3. Achieve spiritual/physical and sexual enlightenment
4. Live in Tuscany. There I will share a passionate encounter with an olived skinned, curly haired, italian goddess
5. Learn Spanish/Italian/Russian and Arabic
6. Become a buddhist monk and go awol in the Himalayan mountains
7. Live in Egypt for a year, where I would spend many nights plowing the allah out of Egyptian goddesses

Hmmmm....
I can't say that I'm truly happy all the time, and I think this idea that people should aim to be in a state of perpetual happiness in a perfect life isnt realistic. I think I'd like to rephrase your question by answering that I'm content with my life/myself. I've had some downs/set backs lately that have been hard and made me sad--yet through that I'm content with my life.

I would not classify myself as being happy, I deal with depression and procrastination often. Sometimes I have good days but I feel like I've been cursed with the inability to be “happy” for longer than a day at a time.
However a critical question for happiness is “do you think the future will be worse than the present?”. If the answer to this question is you feel the future will be worse then being truly happy is almost impossible. Unless your life is so great that even a substantial dip in quality would still make it good enough.
Personally I feel that some things in my personal life are going to get better in the future but overall the future of society and the future of the West doesn’t look good and that effects the overall quality of life.
In general I think happiness is a real privilege that not many get to experience long term. So it would be more realistic to aim to be content, and if you find happiness consider yourself lucky…you will need fulfillment and comfort.

It's all a mental game (+ hormones)
A homeless man can be more happy than a rich guy.
So you decide if you're happy, quite simple.

Difficult to say.
Family connections between myself and them are good, love them and all and always will, but they're such a lame family compared to many others lol. No money, way older than friend's parents (old enough to be my grandparents), watch TV and eat food all day without working, other issues I won't go into. But at least we get along.
Early stages with a new girl who's honestly obsessed with me, it's kinda crazy. Could easily get carried away with it, but approaching with caution and enjoying the moments.
Job pays more than double, nearly triple, the median household income for my area. And it's work from home. Generally low stress, but some of the work/communications can give me anxiety every once and a while.
I feel largely friendless though, kinda sucks, but lets me enjoy my hobbies more and indulge in solitude I guess.
I'm 27 and could've had a lot more money by now if I wasn't an idiot with what I had built up about a year ago. Like enough to lower the emotional concern of job loss for years, maybe get my first house by now, etc. I was doing "realistically soon" window shopping for properties on Zillow, now I'm "realistically distant" (maybe 1-2 more years) window shopping if I go on there, feels bad mane.
I think I'm attractive (need to leanmax a little more though), and I'm about average height, with a full head of hair, so this honestly raises my own self satisfaction from like a 3-5/10 to a 5-7/10. Just need the financial part to get right, need to stop recent spending habits (eat more groceries, buy less chit, less vacations), and start investing again.
I'm generally a "look at the brightside" and lucky kind of guy in general so I'd say I'm anywhere from 4-8/10 on the happy scale depending on the day/mood/recent events.
I believe if you catch yourself actually genuinely laughing at jokes and stuff, or even singing random chit from time to time when you're alone, you can pretty much guarantee you're in a happy place at that current state.

I don't feel any better. The "just work on yourself" advice don't work. I guess this is just my life now.

Probably not, no. Or at least, not as happy as I was as a kid, which seems to me when I was at my happiest.
Something has slowly and steadily happened to me as I’ve gotten older where I have become an onlooker of my own life, rather than a truly active participant in it. That might sound really weird but I can’t think of a better way to describe it. I guess it’s a detachment of sorts.
I’ve been looking into eastern philosophy a lot recently because I think the problem is linked to not being present, or not living in the moment as it were.
