Did both a few years ago (but in August when temps were warm).

Probably two of the best hikes in the country. Will definitely do again sometime.

first 13 miles of the narrows are boring but it really comes to life at the end. Angels is awesome too. OP, I'm not sure if you're just an adrenaline junkie or just stupid because of the temperature. Sure the view of the snow on the mountain is beautiful though.

OP how did you get a permit for full hike? They don't issue them this early? Did you just do Zions without permit?

If you get a chance you guys should do it.

I don't love heights and having to step across this gap felt sketchy it's 1500 feet straight down.

Zion is beautiful glad you enjoyed bruh

The snow looks nice. I've done both as well. Tbh the narrows were a letdown, kinda boring. I did it in the summer in shorts I can't imagine being in that ice cold water right now.

When I was at Angel's Landing there were so many people it put me off, srs.

Zion itself was a lot of fun - we did some great hikes, the Narrows too. We liked Bryce Canyon a lot better in general though, found Zion very overrated.

Sequoia has, so far, been the best hike of my life. We made it to the part with the 3 lakes - pristine, with that plateau that heads towards Nevada. Life-changing, srs.

HBB. RIP.

Teen who fell 30 feet to her death while hiking Utah's Moab Rim Trail 'had the brightest smile,' boyfriend says

A Utah teenager fell about 30 feet to her death while hiking at Kane Creek Canyon on Friday afternoon, according to a news release from the Moab City Police Department.

The 17-year-old girl, identified by officials and a loved one as Zoe Afton McKinney, was hiking the Moab Rim Trail in east Utah with a group of her friends when she slipped and fell "off of a sheer cliff face," police said.

Her friends called 911 and tried to get to the 17-year-old but were unable to do so safely.
