I Did Angel's Landing And The Narrows! (Vids) (pics)

So we had a job in Utah and got to spend 3 days in Zion at the end.

Did The Narrows 17.5 mile round trip in 36 degree water. And Angel's Landing in Snow and Ice!!!!

If you get a chance you guys should do it.

I don't love heights and having to step across this gap felt sketchy it's 1500 feet straight down.

The narrows has been on my bucket list for years. Stuff just keeps getting in the way on job changes and vacay etc.

Water temp 36 75CFM. Not in the Narrows but on lower Emerald we almost got hit by a massive ice fall

Only 3 people that we know of made it to the top of the Narrows outside of us.

One was a woman.

On Angel's yeah there were a couple maybe but I was busy looking at nature and making sure I wasn't added to the list of people who die there.

Almost drowned in the Narrows when it got to the deep end with rented boots and hiking stick. Got my backpack wet with camera inside and water damged the $1k camera. Would do it again

Narrows is probably one of the best hikes I've ever done. Only really rivaled by a few on Kauai.
