My block is original, bored 60 over, lol 244k miles. That opti was the only downside of that engine.

Next build I’m gonna go ahead and drop an LS in it.

Fuark if you're in Toronto youmightwant to look into AWD cars. I did RWD only for years and years in MI winters, and it is definitely do-able if you're smart and a good driver, but ya'll spend an even longer amount of time in snow/ice.

Then why would you make a thread asking about daily driving a rwd pony car (not sports car, a corvette is a sports car, a camaro is not)?

Mirin, those LT1's sound so fkn good with a nice choppy cam.

I could daily my 750 rwhp 5th gen camaro if I wanted to, but I'd rather save it for nice days that I can actually enjoy it. Usually drive it to work 1-2 days a week on average.

Awd is the only option, its half the reason I got a truck cause I was even getting cucked by snow with my previous fwd sedan

I keep mine in the garage and only drive it a few times each month. That cold start inside the garage sounds like hell is opening up, lol.

Why are Camaros for women? Big 6.2 v8, manual transmission, and loud. It's not like they look cute either.

One of my cars used to be a 911 and let me tell you..... that bitch was fun as hell. Need to buy another ASAP to bring more enjoyment to my days SRS. Anyone that tells you to buy a boring car that's good on gas rather than something fast/fun is literally a complete ****g0t with a boring ass personality/life

Get the Gladiator soft top. Convertible truck, not super wide or long, looks great with 2-3" lift and 35s. Pop the doors and top off any time the weather is nice.

Well that certainly changes things if you need AWD. Porsche 911 is the obvious winner.

As a fellow cold weather resident (South Central Alaska), I really enjoy AWD sport SUV’s. Had my old 2014 Jeep SRT for 7 years, and only got rid of it to get my current 2020 Jeep SRT (Eibach Pro Kit / AWE Touring Exhaust). It’s a tank in the winter with studded tires, and fun (for an SUV) in the summer.

I used to DD a sports coupe (2014 BMW 435i) and it was a fast and fun car (~400 HP ~500 TQ from the tuned N55 engine). I kept having to replace wheels due to hitting potholes, and despite being a "luxury car" it was not a luxurious or comfortable driving experience at all, although it was fun.

I think an F150 makes for the best all-around vehicle/daily if you had to choose one (srs). Four doors, spacious/comfy interior, suspension/tires to soak up all the potholes and bumps in the road, can go off road, can haul 5 people and all their chit comfortably, can haul furniture and yard trimmings and chit in the bed, can get any engine you want (love my 6.2L V8 srs, some people even add superchargers, or you can get the 3.5L TT V6), it is the do-it-all vehicle

Never really considered SUVs/crossovers cause they still appear soccer mom-ish, even the sporty ones srs. The SRT's are alpha af tho

Yea bro if I get rid of my Ram truck I know I'll miss the comfort and functionality of it. I've been in luxury german cars and the truck is still by far the most comfortable. Also going over any terrain without worrying about damaging the undercarriage is a nice perk

Would consider a gladiator but they're ranked pretty low in reliability

Why would that matter if you are equipped with testicles?

Everything on the truck is made to be replaced. Swap the minivan engine for a hemi, put 1 ton axles with lockers, 4.88 or better gears, long travel aftermarket suspension lift, 40x13.5s on 22s, it's like a Lego box for dads. There's a million aftermarket parts available.

If I didn't need to be at a meeting or a construction site, I used to but things have gotten really bad in this communist chithole. So many people despise you for having a nice car that they'll go out of their way to purposely phuck with you on the roads or damage your car if you leave it parked and unattended for a few minutes.

I don't think much is going to be able to dent this in a parking lot. They're going to have to hit you at a pretty good clip to get through the steel rock sliders. I've never had anyone try to box me out of a merge lane either for some reason.

You live in a good state though.

No one messes with my truck luckily but I've had people scratch, throw bottles, throw cups full of soft drinks at my sports cars before. You don't understand how atrocious the marxist parasites here are. They'll hate you for having a penny more than them even though they do absolutely nothing for society.
