I would prearrange it, and make sure it's videod from multiple sources.


-first get Dave to seek counseling, and possible medication for work related stress & ptsd- possible depression.

-Then arrange the fight dramatizing it to look like I'm agitating him on until he completely lose it and beats me down- broken bones, etc. Possible notations in the agitation from a PTSD event he could have referenced in counseling.

- Sue the city for millions

-Create a double blind LLC/trust to add funds for Dave's legal defense - with a goal to get in off or probation max due to neglect by the city allowing him to work with known issues, planned plea bargains, etc.

-Split the lawsuit millions with Dave after the fact via a "cowboy cocktail"

There's one issue I foresee, though. I don't like to fight by going toe to toe and throwing punches.
