Why did she leave?

it's tough now but these are normal feelings post breakup. we've all been there. there's no magical cure to make it go away except time. focus on yourself, go to the gym, spend time with friends, etc. I remember my first real breakup with a girl that I was extremely close with, it probably took a year to completely put her behind me. you come out stronger and wiser. I ended up losing 60lbs and looked great so the breakup turned out to be a blessing. she tried to crawl back a few years later but i had so many other women on my plate I didn't even give her a second thought.

What you're feeling is normal.

Use this as an opportunity to improve yourself and find someone better. You're already dropping weight, which is perfect because summer is around the corner. Get shredded, focus on work or building additional streams of income, and start dating again.

Truth is, she's likely already get railed by another guy(s). I don't say that to be mean or upset you, but that should light a fire in you to not care about her anymore. You couldn't possibly want her after another guy's dck has been in her after yours. So stop putting her on a pedestal and remind yourself of all the chitty things about her..... literally write a list of them.

Time to get better than you were so you can pull someone better than you had!

Also, try melatonin and magnesium for you sleep troubles and get your ass in the gym.

Time to "get out of your mind & into your life" by Steven Hayes. A good read on how to deal with negativity in your life.

Just occupy yourself. Go for long walks, hang out with people, call people, go to the gym, play sports, do something creative.

If it's meant to be, it'll work out. But pushing right now will probably only push her further away. Women are like cats, chase them and they run away, settle down and they come to you.

It is normal to feel this way but you have to also do necessary things so you can heal. Go NC, focus on hobbies/gym, or Hell, talk to other girls. Grieve if you must but don't let it affect you too much.
