What the bill does is limit discretionary spending to less than originally planned.

So what the partisan hack does is take the assumption of reduction in discretionary spending, the plugs that into current appropriation amounts- completely disregarding the fact the new appropriations aren't part of this bill, and the GOP's continued commitment to not reducing VA funding by a single penny- and then creates the apocalyptic type "report" with all the bells and whistles of "assumptions" i.e loss jobs, less care, reduced everything, etc. 30 billion cuts!!!! reduce by 22%!!!!


It's all a line of BS for complete morons to buy.
