Where my conservative veterans at!

Just more proof that it (US politics) is all a charade. In this example, the party that wraps themselves in the American flag and preaches patriotism is going after veterans benefits for budget cuts.

Political and financial gain? Check
Pointless deaths and damaged veterans? Check
Preaching patriotism and support for vets to the public? Check
Actually supporting damaged vets? ??????

Yet we have no problem voting to send billions of unaccounted for and untraceable tax dollars to a suspect and questionable “war”. I guess it’s easier to make shady deals and line our own pockets that way.

The VA is a bloated POS operation. Good luck getting an appointment in a decent timeframe. Too many of the workers are lazy and stupid and do not give a F about the vets they are supposed to serve. The lack of support from the VA is why you have vets offing themselves in VA parking lots. Both parties hate us so this is nothing new.

And its only going to get worse with the proposed budget cuts. Taking money away from the VA is NOT the answer

I see no one wants to acknowledge the reality of the “patriot” party. Maybe it would gain more traction if it was about groomers, trannies or abortion. Just a reminder to my veteran brothers that the GOP voted AGAINST giving VA benefits to burn pit victims!

Yeah, Jim at least did serve in the Army though. Not sure about any deployments to OIF/OEF but he posted some units and MOS's that were legit, as well as nicknames for those units that only somebody familiar with them would know.

Anyways, I’ve noticed a very weird trend on this forum. When people get upset by another post and don’t want to acknowledge the content, they just refer to the poster as “wincel” or “alt”. Just an FYI, I’m not remotely close to a liberal. I know it’s hard to imagine, somebody who’s not a democrat does not agree with the Republican Party. If you’ve read any of my previous posts you might understand a little better.

I’m not a conservative buddy. I have some conservative values but it stops at that. For example, I couldn’t give a **** less about abortion. I think trannies and all that **** is nonsense but it doesn’t negatively effect my life so I pay it no mind, I do believing it is a distraction designed to keep our minds occupied though. I do believe strong family values are very important to a functioning society. Politically, Both sides of the aisle are full of **** in my eyes. Republicans are just more upfront about it. Democrats are more cowardly about it and pretend to be on the side of the average citizen. My “shtick” is that all politicians are scum bags and it’s nothing more than a reality TV show and the common people who bicker back and forth about it are ****ing cringey. Team Edward vs team Jacob, etc.
