pretty sure I had a version of this at an Isekaya in Japan.

Basically chicken liver on a skewer thats grilled high heat over some charcoals with a somewhat sweet and savory teriyaki type sauce that its glazed with and briefly cooked in.

Can do chicken hearts as well. Just go all out and do the liver, hearts, and some chicken with maybe some of those small onions and a side of rice or onigiri. Would be a nice little meal.
