bay area native here. If I visit chase center or Oracle Park you stay on the main paths heavily populated areas and it actually looks nice. Lots of techies, gays and blue haired people everywhere. The walk between the stadium and the arena is very nice.

The problem is how close in proximity the good and the bad is to each other. The walk between a very bad area and good area the homeless and normies seem to be desensitized to each other. Casually walking around or over a passed out druggie laying in their own piss or vomit seems like it's a normal everyday occurrence and it's very weird.

Make stores membership stores where you have to swipe your members card to get in. This way they know who you are when you enter.

Also charge a small fee. You can even get it refunded when you buy something.

You dont see costco usually getting ripped off like these places. Its because of the fee.

So... you're blaming your phone? Spelling most as moat, which you did above, is fatty with his fat thumbs hitting the A key instead of the S key; typing Cadillac instead of catalytic is not the phone's fault. But let's say you have your phone set to auto-fill or you use speech to text... do you not know how to read, son?

I had my catalytic converter stolen like 2 weeks ago. $840 to replace with the oxygen sensor and the flex pipe. Just spray painted the new one white today in hopes of deterring it from happening again.
What are you on about mate?
