Now I go to a more commercial gym unfortunately and all I see is Brocoli top kids wearing gymshark, crocs (or no shoes at all), spend more time on their phone than actually lifting, flexing their little 13 pipe cleaner arms in the mirror after every set thinking they're hot shi.t. Overhear them talking and all I hear is tren tren tren or how cbum is the biggest bodybuilder ever

The gym went from people actually working out and taking fitness seriously, to a bunch of try hards who only workout to fit in. Instagram doesn't help all the fat females who have eating disorders, lift weights and do cardio for 2-3 hours and still look like sh!t. (Ded fkn Srs)

Having had memberships at many gyms, the latter is much more common.

People don't like how Gold's handled membership fees, but at least the crowd there was 100% serious - even the sloot chicks.

Yeah, it's pretty much weak zoomers, who rush through a set, just so they can go back to looking at their cellphone, and never cleaning up after themselves or putting the dumbells back.

And Jesus Christ when they bench, it's like the bar, with a 10lb plate on each side, and their legs are all over the place during the set.

Not to mention that posture of theirs, where they're slumped over while walking. Probably from all the years of sitting on the couch, playing with their tablet.

It's the same as it every was. Remember I was 15 and a bunch of scrotes a year younger were standing around like this thread depicts, I remember saying to my homie these kids should build a fukn tree fort if they want to hang out. What goes around comes around.

Bass pro hats, birkenstock or high top blazers with high Nike sock, struggling to bench 1 plate, short shorts and huge T shirts, walking around with gallon jugs, a dangling lighting bolt earning
