Why do guys pop in here to say this, and then disagree with each persons well thought out replies and benefits to self.

It reminds me of a guy trying to fight an entire bar in real life, what is the point here?

well the me the point is that we have millions upon millions of men and women grinding away in gyms...but actually grinding into their mental illness they call "fitness".

Yeah I never understood why you’d want to look like a massive hulk. It’s gross.

Just lift enough to maintain some muscle and spend most of your time on hobbies and sports and other activities

lifting weights is important for many reasons
