literal nonsense..... Most of what you hear in bodybuilding is entirely based on hearsay and reductive line of thinking. Unfortunately, you can never truly counter it because someone will say "but so and so who is a bodybuilder said this"

There is a personal trainer/DPT in town who is a literal expert on body performance/nutrition but he is an avid biker (looks dyel) so many people don't listen to him outside of educational realms. A mongoloid, who happens to be a bodybuilder, will pass more advice off than him just because of the way he looks

The fun thing about this hobby over time is that you use yourself as a n=1 experiment and take notes on what works and what doesn't.
You dont have to compare yourself to others, just "do you" and keep records.
At 240 if it works for him, then great because most are not his size.
There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

The main problem with trying that kind of diet is you still need a large portion either carbs or fats to function properly. You can either go high protein, high fat, low carb. Or high protein, high carb, low fat. I think you'll find that your performance/feel will alter more dramatically with the amount of fats/carbs you consume. There is some question as to how much protein you'll actually absorb/use. Especially without drugs. Start at 300G of protein and see how you feel.

How many IFBB bodybuilders has your local expert put on a stage? Does he have a resume of guys he's put on Arnold Classic and Mr O' stages?

I can say with absolutely certainty many IFBB pro bodybuilders are eating up to 400G of protein per day. Typically go up to 500G of carbs as well. But if all the misc training/nutrition experts are correct. Literally every IFBB pro is misinformed and is doing it wrong.

The average person does not need to eat that much. The average lifter doesn't need to eat that much. But if you want to be big and lean you'll need an excess of protein as well as drugs. Obviously natty miscers are going to claim the diet doesn't matter that much and its ALL the steroids. But anyone who's jacked and lean will tell you that nutrition is the most important thing.

I've been lifting for 16 years. First natty and 6+ enhanced. For some reason people that don't look like the lift think they have everything all figured out. And natty-cels think using drugs is the magic ingredient that makes everything work. One thing I've learned over the years is ignore people that don't look like they lift and ignore nattycels.

If you want financial advice, you don't take advice from broke people. And if you want advice on building muscle/a nice physique. You don't take advice from people without muscle/ a nice physique.

Doesn't matter how many steroids you inject. If you don't have the right nutrition base you won't build that much muscle. Plenty of dudes taking drugs in your local gym that barely look like they lift.

Once you start taking steroids you understand how important nutrition is. This is why natural lifters are too misinformed to have an opinion. Yes the juice makes a massive difference. But without the nutrition backing you won't make the same kind of gains.

Am not expert in anyway. I was eating loads of protein when i bulked to 105kg from 75kg and had really bad liver issues with ALT and AST enzymes getting really high. Had to get bloods taken every 2 weeks and ended up getting monitored.

Basically had a fatty liver due to all the red meat etc.

400g of protein is a lot to consume in a day. Really don't see the benefit. There's far healthier clean ways to bulk size and weight and mass, your even better dirty bulking imho than putting all that chit through your liver. Look up how many bodybuilders end up with liver issues and cancer
In for pope gains

I remember blood in stool and constipation when I overdid the protonz, and I wasn't even close to 400g at that point

Afaik op is natty though and not some 250 shredded ifbb pro so the recommendation he was given to eat 400g seems excessive.

Sounds like a great diet if you were bent on getting some form of cancer and unsure if the roids would be enough to get the job done.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.
