All a woman has to do is be thin, good hygiene and have a friendly demeanor, and she'd easily be hired as a Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with a starting salary of $120K.....


Meanwhile men have to grind it out in our cubicle prisons or breaking our backs as tradies..... I have ZERO sympathy for women who can't get rich in 2023....

Most jobs and workplaces are not very project based in the true sense and are just variations on business as usual or short taskings. I found this out when I started applying for PM jobs outside of my industry (at the time) aerospace. People wanting to hire a PM to babysit some procurement contract of x widgets over a year lolwut.

OP is in an analytics team, all they really need is a help desk style ticketing system, a manager to prioritise requests and be a bitch shield back to the business so OP can get on with his work.

Same here. I'm in a similar field. One of our companies has a PM that basically runs everything and then just reports updates to the partners. He mogs me in every way possible. Feel like an absolute pleb when I talk to him lol srs

Lol i worked with a subcontractor once who hired some hot looking gal who was so fuking useless they placed a guy from the field with her on every field visit so he could talk for me. Of course she got plenty of business because of her looks regardless
