She out-ranks you, gets paid more than you, doesn't contribute jack sh/t, but if things go well she'll be praised and would probably get a promotion....

Technical Project/Program Managers are the best cause they get in the weeds with you. Normal ones are a waste of time and just there to present crap to someone else, who presents crap to someone else, etc.

Unless I was working in a bar or some throwaway job, or the woman is totally cool af in all ways, I hate working with women.

They're a source of conflict and they see the world differently.

You might *think* she's cool, but wait til the shoe drops.

Don't get me wrong I can easily get along with them, but even just telling the truth sometimes gets you in hot water.

Gotta brown nose with too many of them even if they're unlikeable.

bruh, anyone with two brain cells to rub together could have done a "project manager" role at any job I've ever worked. As another miscer said itt, they are among the most useless employees next to HR. Yeah they game the system and do well for themselves because of it, and good for them I guess. But in my experience, all they ever did was drag companies down by occasionally coming up with stupid useless ideas that were far from an efficient use of time/resources.

I mean, that's probably what you'd do if you were a woman in her shoes. The reality, is she probably makes the $180k, but lives paycheck to paycheck because of "lifestyle creep" because shes in a $3200/month apartment and spends her money on jewelry fine dining, expensive makeup and clothes.

Yeah it's a pretty important position in pharmaceutical manufacturing and they're usually working OT and weekends (because of overseas clients in different timezones) getting projects finished and keeping clients updated on the status of deviations in processing and whatnot.
