If you had to only do flies or ohp for your shoulders. You would probably get more capped delts doing the flies
Theres some emg data showing it should hit side delt as much as lateral raises. But thats some damn bs

Myron hard. I workout in my basement and it’s only 86” or so, so I can’t overhead press. Notice a difference in triceps from this? My long head is chit, but I’ve recently began to do seated triceps extensions, but if OHP can help with that along with overall delt development I’d like to switch over.

The overhead press is by definition a deltoid dominant movement, it’s the prime mover muscle to elevate the humerus in flexion, scaption, and abduction.
Of course you’ll feel your traps working but they are a stabilizer in this lift…

Ive also had periods ive only done facepulls & ohp and ive lost strength in lateral raises & just had worse looking shoulders in general. Its a easy lift to get religious to because many dont do it, and its pretty alpha. But i just dont see it as a great hypethropy movement for delts, id rather do seated dumbell.

In for rear glute spread.
I was always weak with shoulder pressing and I always mire big shoulders and presses. Small chest? Shoulders got you. Small back? Shoulders got you there too.

Thick. Solid. Tight.
Mirin brah.
Mirin brah.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

damn I do seated because I feel like I always cheat and bounce a little to start out with.
You should be close to 225 1RM like me, don't think I've ever done 175 for 8 reps, usually do 185 for 5 or 6.

Imagine thefwaaaarkingsmells in that gym brah.
Contemplate thine apothecary.
I'm sure some depraved fukbag would buy your used soiled poopy-stank grey joggers online.
