Cannot drink milk straight, but I can have it in things like shortbread or roses chocolates without too many issues. Have a stuffy nose all year round-so makes no odds to me.

What he found in the non dairy consuming group had fewer infections, Appendicitis disappeared, greatly fewer non dairy eating patients required hospitalization for various reasons. He was averaging over 100 patients a year requiring hospital needs and that dropped to around 10 a year after most stopped eating dairy. He had other listed changes but that is what comes to mind.
What make me wonder too though is that dairy products are typically consumed with wheat, such as pizza, cookies, breakfast cereal, etc. You give up dairy you are typically giving up eating wheat.
Anyway, we're all different. I have a stomach condition and so I'm always fiddling with my diet to try and improve my stomach. I imagine most people are fine consuming dairy products.

Cut out gluten, you're cutting out 90% of process foods, no more take out, no more beer, no chit you're going to feel better. Was it the gluten? probably not since you don't have celiac disease. but yeah it's crazy how much wheat and dairy go together lol, the only time I have bread is with butter on it occasionally
I enjoy a burger with a few fries and sometimes even soda, but it's a "sometimes food". If the majority of the people in your survey who report more servings of meat per day/week consume 10+ meals of burgers, nuggets, taco, pizza, etc. you can't just point to the meat as the culprit.

in your case, if you feel worse without dairy, it means you’re not getting calcium from any other source, and possibly also not replacing the calories protein and fat as well as glycogen from other sources.
Also, you never had actual dairy, you are just consuming boiled processed chemical garbage from your store,

I have a relative who stopped drinking milk when he was a toddler, and he grew up to be 5 feet tall if he was lucky. During growing years, milk is important. All of his brothers are taller than him, and they drank milk.
Exercise will get you through times of ill health better than no exercise will get you through times of good health.

What those health guru are ignorant of is that process of pasteurization.
They aren't against dairy. They are against dairy that has gone through pasteurization.
Pasteurization is what kills all the good bacteria and enzymes that make dairy nature's perfect food in the first place.
The milk and dairy industry in the West has been jew'd beyond belief. So yes, those health gurus are right when it comes to that. Pasteurized milk that is present in all your baby formula is the reason kids in the West grow up with all sorts of ****ed up allergies and health problems.
The kids who are lucky enough to grow up drinking unpasteurized milk and cheese in Europe are the lucky ones.
