every health guru says you should give up dairy / milk for optimal health
seems like a universal thing no matter what their diet plan is, no dairy is always there. yet every time i give it all up I feel lower energy and not optimal, start getting a stuffy nose. 10 min after a glass of milk I feel 10x better and can breathe better

Tallest people in the world come from Netherlands and Scandi countries. They consume more dairy than anyone else.
The biggest Asians are the mongolians, built like tanks in comparison to the rice eaters. Diet is meat and dairy.

Giving up dairy or milk is often recommended by health gurus for optimal health. It seems to be a universal suggestion across different diet plans. However, it's important to note that individual responses to eliminating dairy can vary. While many people experience benefits from cutting out dairy, such as improved digestion and reduced inflammation, others may have different reactions.
In your case, you have noticed that when you eliminate dairy, you feel lower energy and experience a stuffy nose. Interestingly, after consuming a glass of milk, you feel significantly better and can breathe more easily. These personal experiences highlight the importance of individual differences in dietary needs and tolerances.
Dairy products contain various nutrients like calcium, vitamin D, and protein, which can be beneficial for overall health. However, some individuals may have sensitivities or allergies to dairy, leading to symptoms such as nasal congestion or fatigue. It's possible that your body responds positively to the nutrients and components present in milk, resulting in the improved energy levels and relieved congestion you experience.
It's essential to listen to your body and pay attention to how different foods affect you personally. If you find that consuming dairy products makes you feel better and does not cause any adverse reactions, it may be appropriate for you to include them in your diet. However, if you have concerns about dairy consumption, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian who can provide personalized advice based on your specific needs and health goals.
Remember, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. What works for others may not work for you, and vice versa. It's about finding the balance and making choices that support your individual health and well-being.

It is hardly scientific, but one doctors observations about milk helped me to cut out dairy from my diet. This is back in the 1960s I believe when a doctor asked his patients to stop consuming all dairy products, milk, cheese, yogurt, etc. Most patients took his diet advice and the doctor began charting the health differences of his two patient groups, those that ate dairy and those that do not. What he found in the non dairy consuming group had fewer infections, Appendicitis disappeared, greatly fewer non dairy eating patients required hospitalization for various reasons. He was averaging over 100 patients a year requiring hospital needs and that dropped to around 10 a year after most stopped eating dairy. He had other listed changes but that is what comes to mind.
What make me wonder too though is that dairy products are typically consumed with wheat, such as pizza, cookies, breakfast cereal, etc. You give up dairy you are typically giving up eating wheat.
Anyway, we're all different. I have a stomach condition and so I'm always fiddling with my diet to try and improve my stomach. I imagine most people are fine consuming dairy products.

Most people feel better when they give up dairy, dairy has bacteria that can contribute to irritating your sinuses, and so people start having things like eczema, allergies, of course most people have some degree of lactose intolerance as well, A1 protein found in most American milk is not correct for the human body, so switching to a2 is better, and better yet to goat dairy tends to relieve digestion issues,
in your case, if you feel worse without dairy, it means you’re not getting calcium from any other source, and possibly also not replacing the calories protein and fat as well as glycogen from other sources.
Also, you never had actual dairy, you are just consuming boiled processed chemical garbage from your store,
