Since I'm clearly shameless about my footwear, consider the other aspect of this thread, the actual purpose of it, which is to complain about my foot pain. The pain delay is normal because your blood was pumping. Same thing if I'm injured working out or in a hard sparring session. You feel it later on.

You're catching a lot of flak. It's almost like the posters here want to chase off the few women who post which I think is strange.
