-Feel like fukking dog chit, like worse than usual during cutting. Can't do anything.
-Have heard Redditors talk about a 10% body weight loss plateau, that when you get there, your body starts fighting back.

I’d say up your calories by 500 ASAP and see how your body reacts. You will gain a couple of pounds at first because of the increased food consumption and possibly water due to more carbs, but it should stay steady after that.

But if you are cutting hard, stalled out, and feel like crap? Yeah, a change may be in order.

Good luck and keep at it!

Listen to kimm4 OP.
I believe you have a good job/income? You might benefit from working with a good trainer to hold you accountable, help you build a base + learn the movements well.

Does anyone use the mirror?

144 is low for a dude, plus, what are you trying to achieve? Get more girls? Try to lift and bulk.

Two big red flags ITT from OP:
1. Not tracking macros. Odds are he is not gettingnearlyenough protein, even for an untrained nonlifting ph@gg0t. Plus if he isn't tracking macros it's going to be hard to do accurate CICO unless he is simply eating pre-portioned meals and trusting that the info. on the box is accurate in terms of calorie content. Not weighing/measuring and not calculating CICO with true P/F/C content will only get you so far.
2. Not liftingat allwhen starting out skinny-fat. Lack of stimulus will mean your muscles will atrophy at an accelerated rate. Your body will use muscle along with fat because you're telling it that it doesn't need to keep the muscle.
Those two things combined are why you've lost nearly 20lbs, and yet you look like you're at nearly the exact same bf%.
OP, if you want to start seeing progress (both in the mirror and on the scale again) you need toat leasttrack your protein intake. If you are 110% committed to not lifting, aim for 100 grams (minimum) per day of well-sourced protein (meaning animals). I'd say in your particular situation of not lifting at all, you'd actually benefit from a 1g/lb or higher protein intake totryto stave off catabolism as much as (natty) humanly possible.
Based on your posts in this thread I don't think you're trying to get jacked. And that's okay. Not everyone has a desire to be yoked. But I wouldstronglysuggest you start a very basic resistance training program, even if it is just bodyweight stuff on top of whatever cardio you're doing.
If you've been dedicated enough to lose 20lbs from a starting weight of 165, you have a lot of potential to reach a body that I thinkyouwould be satisfied with. Just do the two things I said above (the first one most importantly) and you'll probably get to wherever you want to be.
