So sick of morons saying good steaks are overrated like its a personality. Just LMAO go be poor.

Actually houses over 1000 square foot are overrated. All you need is to know how to decorate a tiny home. Miss me with your poverty chit. Srs good burned fat on a certified Angus ribeye tastes like candy and on a grill all the burned fat flair ups are god tier.

and don't @ me, I cook NY strip on a grill pan with butter thyme and rosemary and I make beef wellies. I'm not an unsophisticated swine. BBQ Ribeye is NOT underrated imo.

I eat ribeyes almost daily. I eat strips, just cooked a flank steak I marinated the other day, tri-tips, flap steaks, etc.

Nothing beats a Ribeye. Especially a prime Ribeye. Unless you're cooking it like a retard then it's extremely tender and the fat tastes beautiful. I only wish I could try a legit Waygu some day.

Sirloin is poverty. Picanha is great, NY strips are always great to cook up with a nice seasoning, filets are great obviously but not worth the price these days. Flank, tri-tip, skirt and flap steaks are underrated.

But if you're buying straight up sirloin from the grocery store, that is literally one of the worst cuts of meat compared to all the other options. you might as well just buy bottom round and turn it into beef jerky.

Try a hanger steak, it's a new favorite of mine. It's also known as butchers cut because they usually keep it for themselves

Any cut can be good if you pay a higher price for it.

Rib eye is the best. And as for the fat, you could always cut it off.
