Ribeye steak is overrated

ribeye steak is overrated, leaner cuts are better as long as you know how to cook em

a nice thick sirloin steak is the goat

Omg agreed the flavor and texture is better on a good sirloin. Ribeye is gristly and fatty.

My favorite is Picanha which is top sirloin. After that my favorite is skirt steak and flank steak.
