That was a different time. Anyone who wants to play a game from the perspective of a black guy in the ghetto in this day and age is a cuck. We know what black culture has become today and it's embarrassing to think that it's cool/fun.

The remaster was good as it just applied a graphics mods and kept everything the same. I don't know if it really needs a grounds up remake. In terms of keeping everything else the same other than graphics and shooting controls, I doubt that would happen.

I would honestly rather let the game stand as an old-skool classic and enjoy it, warts and all.

Agreed, OP. SA is still my all-time favorite game. I haven't sunk more hours into any other game either. Too bad Cuckstar seems to have moved about as far away from SA as possible since then.

Yeah, co-founder Jamie King left in2006, co-founder and GTA creative leader Dan Houserleft in 2022, andLazlow Jonesleft as well. Sam Houser is still president, but between how grossly monetized GTAV has been with nothing but neglect and contempt for single player and that they've pretty much given up on the old tone and satirical style for the new GTA in favor of something moresensitive, I'm out.

I don't think anyone at Take2 understands the concept of a proper anything given how badly they massacred the trilogy by handing it off to some rubbish developer.

If I had to guess, GTAIV was too advanced for Grove Street Games since there wasn't a mobile version for them toscrew up worsescrew up worsebase something off of. Even though there's a PC version, I could see their incompetent asses trying to get the PS3/Xbox versions working even though that's almost always a cursed endeavor because of their unique architectures. Same deal with the first Red Dead Redemption.

Literally the only hope for the old games to get justice is through modders, but Take2 is stupidly antagonistic against them to the point of sending people to their homes.

They should've remade the entire San Andreas story + missions in the GTA V map. Instead of just releasing the same game for 3 console generations, updating the San Andreas story into the GTA V map would've been amazing.

Same thing with RDR2, they should've put RDR 1 into the RDR 2 map post-game. Would've been glorious, there is no good way to play RDR without pulling out a PS3.

I really thought they were gonna do something like that. Or create DLCs like the lost and damned, ballad of gay tony, but in the GTA V map + leading to Las Venturas and San Fierro
