A GTA:SA remake would be the best game of all time

All they would have to do is improve the graphics, update the shooting controls, and leave EVERYTHING ELSE THE FUK ALONE.

Of course they'd toss in multiplayer because that's where all the money is, but if they leave in all the little things that made the original great, they'd strike gold.

-90's music
-So many building interiors
-Taxi, EMT, Truck driving, etc. Just random missions that made no sense, but were fun time wasters for extra cash
-Ridiculous cheats. Who didn't memorize the Hydra cheat?
-Turf wars
-Character stats, and being able to be fat or swol
-Gambling, dates, etc
-Pure, silly fun
-The characters were awesome

Would you be down for an updated San Andreas?

San Andreas doesn't need a remake. The games that need remakes are game from the 8 bir era. A remake of those games turns them into a completely new game.

on to the topic i wouldnt hate a GTA3 remake as long as its good.honestly i dont care if there ever is another GTA.Sleeping Dogs is the best sandbox game.i wouldnt consider Yakuza a sandbox game.point is these games are better and in order to get me into GTA again it would have to be something big.been trying to play GTA VC HD cause its got Ray Liotta but it just sucks for some reason compared when i played the OG on PS2.now that was an experience.its gonna be a VERY long time till we get the WOW factor from games like these again when we first played them on PS2

personally prefer Vice City and IV over San Andreas tbh

but any of those with modern day polish would be so hnggggg

I thought it had the worst characters of the modern games.
Vice City hands down was better game to me. The business thing should have been revisited.

I'd rather them just take the series out of USA. It's a bit long in the tooth now.
The likelihood of us ever getting another decent GTA game is pretty slim though.

SA is still my favourite GTA and I have played everything past GTA III (other than some of the mini games like Vice City stories). The right blend of humour, interesting missions/side missions, cool 90s music, locations.

The remaster was good as it just applied a graphics mods and kept everything the same. I don't know if it really needs a grounds up remake. The combat feels a bit choppy now, but that's only natural for an almost 19 year old game. In terms of keeping everything else the same other than graphics and shooting controls, I doubt that would happen.

I would honestly rather let the game stand as an old-skool classic and enjoy it, warts and all.

I can foresee them removing the classic GTA non PC radio shows and ads in the next one.

Listening to old school GTA 3, VC and SA radio not only had top tier music but some hilarious risqué ads and talk shows.

I'd rather replay GTA Vice City + SA than whatever NuStar has in store for us because everyone who made all of their games what they are have left. And I meanall, as in after Red Dead Redemption 2 it's over.

GTA IV is one I never got around to really; all I know is that the driving felt terrible and not nearly as fun. All of them would need their mechanics greatly reworked, but the base games are still better than most AAA games coming out today (i.e. Saints Row: GenZ).

driving wasdifferentand took some getting used to but after a couple of hours it felt fine imo

I hope they bring out a proper remaster of IV, this wouldn't ask that much work so it's easy money
