Sure booze helps you fall asleep, but the quality of sleep is absoultely aweful. Normally my heart rate at night is 37-44 bpm, but with even just 2 light beers at night it'll be in the 70s.

Funny enough I still feel better with a slight hangover than I do with melatonin

this is the main thing about melatonin that i hate

the amount of times i've been hunted by predator ( the movie one ), just utter horror knowing you can't kill that thing and I can't get away from it let alone see it.

One of the odd things about drunk sleep, if you have had it regularly, is that it’s so chitty that you wake up early from it regularly. You’ll be the most punctual person at work, but will look like total chit.

sounds fun. I use to have lucid dreams with ZMA but that went away, i assume due to tolerance? never experienced dreams really with Melatonin that I can remember..

500mg GABA, 200mg Magnesium Citrate, and 3mg Melatonin. Seems to work well for me.
