Seems almost negligible. At what point do you contribute it to your lifestyle vs the supp at that low of a dose?

I can feel myself falling asleep at a fast rate that makes it hard to fight against, so i know it works, but it makes me wake up so fast after and almost always with a weird feeling headache.

I think less is better for melatonin. I take 300 mcg (micrograms). I think the time release ones are worth trying if regular ones aren't working. The half life is 20 to 50 minutes.

The only issue I've had with it is dreams. If you're in a bad state of mind, the dreams can be pure horror. If you're in a good state of mind, the dreams are weird. If you get used to it, the dreams are kind of routine and sometimes funny. I've woken up thinking I have to see the dentist at a certain time, before I remembered the whole call where I scheduled it was a melatonin induced dream.

I take vinpocetine in the morning after breakfast, along with 1000mg of lions mane and a nootropic cocktail I purchased at the vitamin shoppe. I can literally tell the difference in my memory retention and focus when I dont take it. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Out of all the single ingredients I have taken in the nootropic realm, lions mane is the most effective one I ever took as a single ingredient. I even got my mother on it, and she noticed an increase in memory and was having memory flashbacks. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Done it boyo, and yeah, it's a trip. You realize it and say it to yourself in the dream. "This isn't real". Suddenly you decide where it goes. Wild stuff, would recommend to anyone.

When I read 'Why we Sleep' the author said that you should only supplement melatonin for long flights and controlling jet lag.

Can't recall why but it was otherwise not ending up worthwhile to supplement long term.

Even weed was considered a better option interestingly.

It's crazy.
I found myself able to go through walls, and explore my childhood home. I found hidden rooms that weren’t accessed in many decades. Old af furniture, everything covered in dust. I even made it to this hidden room that lead to this underground cave area with a ton of crystal clear water, like a cenote. Huge fish with all sorts of colors (like nice koi but 10x bigger) swimming inside. Felt like some piece of heaven or something. Again, wood recommend lucid dreaming to any brah that’s interested and in a good state of mind.

You fellas talking about lions maine in this thread, I've heard some horror stories. Idk if true. But look into it anybody who's thinking of taking for the first time. Can't be too careful.
