srs answer

don't know if you mean 4000 cals of only redmeat lean protein and 3000 cal of majority carbs

but a few things:

- not sure how you can possibly adjust accurately for bloating and water weight

- 3000 cal of majority carbs with not enough fat or protein will be subhuman for too many reasons

- protein and fat can be stored as fat like carbs, body is really smart when it comes to that, but protein needs to go through the most pathways to be stored so100 cal excesses from protein will result in the least amount stored

- CICO is legit because on a high-level the body can be seen as an engine with an energy flux; however, just like a real life engine it can run quite differently on different parameters and how well it is maintained

so the fitness stars who were pushing if it fits your macros just did it to push their ****ty low-calorie version cookie product or whatever

- I tried keto but felt off, now eating the same but higher carbs (up to moderate) from fruit

If you can't eat 4000 calories of ground beef (I'm eating ones that contain a lot of fat cause they are cheaper) a day then you are a proper twink lol

For many calories in, calories out works well.

For others it doesn't work all that great. When that happens others ideas are needed. I know for me personally beef and cheese really put the weight on. Grains also put the pounds on for me.
