I mean I don't mean to cherry pick to prove you wrong, or myself right, but from what I've seen the low end of the market is what inflated the most, and it happened to be markets I was looking at, and that I currently live in. It's a little better up north, and much better in the Midwest. It's brutal in the south and the west.
