Happened to me like 10 years ago. Was fapping on the shower and I came brownish (blood) all over the walls, almost passed out from the shock. No pain or any weird feeling whatsoever just the blood.

OP it happened to me once and yeah it was shocking and unnerving as fuk when it happened (looked like almost 100% blood, srs) but it went away on its own and never had any problems since. Just go celibate for a little while and see if the discomfort you say you are experiencing goes away on its own (probably a good idea to lay off the gym for a while, like a week or so to be safe) and see if the blood comes back or gets worse. It should clear up. If it doesn't after a couple of weeks then yeah go see a urologist.

Personally I've never heard of a guy dying from internal bleeding into the semen or excessive hematospermia. The guy in the video in the link I posted said it never happens so that's why it's not even in the medical textbooks; it's not really an issue. A lot of dudes itt have never had it happen to them so take what they say with a grain of salt, op.

UPDATE:

Very good news. Rested with no masturbation for 6 days. Ejaculated today after very light masturbation and no blood in semen. Looked to be normal color.

Plan to let it rest until next Saturday (8 days) as balls are still sensitive and things continue to feel weird down there.

Very good point. It's more of a shock than anything. Kind of reminds me of when eric bugenhagen said he would piss out blood randomly. Went to get it checked out and after a few times the doctor just kind of pointed out that it was some sort of bursting blood vessels from lifting so heavy and the pressure he created in his body to lift. Nothing that bad just freaky and gross.

Update: Blood came back 2 months later (this is the 3d time total). It’s happening every 2 months.

Jacked off and noticed what looked like a tiny red vein in semen. Very minor. Two days later there were brown blotches.

Made an appointment for Tuesday to see a doctor.

Scared about possible prostate cancer, bros. Could be BHP, which is non-cancerous. Best case would be a urinary track infection or prostatitis.

Wish me luck. I’ll give an update next week.
